The spinning is mainly in ring spun system but also in OE system in a smaller quantity .

Weaving mill
The sizing of the warps is made on modern Benninger sizing machine and warping on Elitex and Schlaforst warping machines .
The dyeing is made by pad-termofix and pad-jig methods , with very modern machineries made in Kusters – Germany .



Finishing mill

The bleaching is made on a semicontinuos machine Pad Roll .
The printing is made on a Stork rotary screens machine with 8 colors .

The final touch of the fabrics is obtained by callandering , waterrepellant and nonironing treatments .
